Does the Vietnam eSIM work on my phone?

It works on eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phones — most iPhones from the XR/11 onwards, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and recent Samsung Galaxy S, Z and some A models. Dial *#06#: if you see an EID, your phone supports eSIM. Our store runs this check before you pay.

When does my Vietnam plan start?

Validity starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in the destination — not when you buy. You can buy and install it days before you fly.

How do I install it?

Your QR code arrives by email within minutes of payment and is also shown on your order page. Scan it at home on Wi-Fi (Settings → Mobile/Cellular → Add eSIM), then switch the eSIM on and enable data roaming for it when you land.

Is there a phone number?

No — these are data-only plans. Keep your Australian SIM active for calls and SMS if you need them; use WhatsApp, iMessage or FaceTime over data.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — an eSIM that hasn't been installed or activated can be refunded. See bilbymobile.com/refunds.
